• Estimates: Any estimate provided online or over the phone is an approximation based on the information provided. Final pricing will be confirmed on-site before work begins.
• Access: The client agrees to provide safe, unimpeded access to the property on the scheduled date and time of service.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are stated in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic bank transfers.
• Late payments may be subject to a late fee as permitted by Canadian law.
• For large-scale plumbing projects or extensive deep cleaning, a deposit may be required before work commences.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• If our technicians arrive at the property and are unable to access it (lockout), a standard dispatch fee will be charged.

4. Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are unsatisfied with any cleaning service, you must notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the specific area at no additional charge.

For plumbing services, we offer a limited warranty on parts (as provided by the manufacturer) and labor. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, subsequent modifications, or pre-existing structural issues.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Licentiateshipdq.life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or website.
